I enjoy working with individuals who desire more connected relationships, a deeper understanding of themselves and others and a renewed sense of purpose in life. I specialize in the following areas: grief and loss, high functioning autism, women's issues, spirituality, attachment/relational concerns. I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults and enjoy working in a variety of formats including individual, family, couples and group therapy. I lead various groups including a grief and loss support group and support group for helping professionals.
