I am a Texas licensed counseling psychologist with extensive training in treating individuals, couples, and families with mood, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related illnesses. I truly enjoy working with couples and families and I have treated issues such as step-parenting concerns, parent/child conflict, marital discord, divorce, infidelity, intergenerational conflict, infertility, chronic medical illness, adjustment to retirement, trauma, grief and loss, etc. I also have considerable expertise in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families in the civilian and Veteran populations coping with trauma. Furthermore, I have been trained in the gold-standard treatments of trauma, Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
