The goal of the three (3) hour diversity workshop is for practitioners to develop a solid foundation for understanding South Asian American mental health concerns. Practitioners should be able to identify major cultural factors that impact mental health for South Asian Americans, barriers to treatment, and ethical considerations in therapy.

This workshop will provide the foundational knowledge necessary for practitioners to engage in additional learning opportunities, advocacy, and critical clinical decision making related to the use of AI in professional psychological practice.
